P.S. I never knew Fang was a hidden Character. I thought it was just another costume for Yugo.
BR 4 is what made the series die very fast. I have Primal Fury for the GC and it's an American copy not Japanese only.
Bring back Reiji and the dragon but edite the dragon guy some; he had so much potential in BR 4. Reiji is a Crow; That was freaking cool to me. Every thing else in BR 4 sucked and I mean everything.
Primal Fury and Extreme, same games, bring those two BR 4 Characters, and Nagi I suppose, then you'll have one of best fighting games ever made; make a Bloody Roar Primal Fury remake with all the new BR 4 characters included and This series will be restored.
Never got over them replacing Fox with Jenny.

I remember playing Bloody Roar 1 and 2 on the playstation and Primal Fury on the gamecube 😀 Good times, I love the mole Bakuryu and Yugo.
Man… I'm sad cause i really want them to make a new one! or a reboot of the game, cause this games used to be my shit! but I've been waiting sense I was like 10 or 11 around there And now i'm a 20 year old dude STILL waiting for a new game of this. I really do enjoy Bloody Roar man, hopefully one day they'll do something
Bloody Roar 2 had the best artwork, best soundtrack and best content. It was definitely the height of the series. After that I'd say Bloody Roar 3, then the spin offs.

Yeah, dude. Wide screens were already getting quite popular by '99. Even people who still had square tvs often preferred wide screen movies because they looked better.
So, BR4 is basically as bad as every Soul Calibur in existence. Gotcha.
I wish this game had a new version I played 1 and 2 and still think of them as great games to see it brought back would be amazing long was my go to and bloody roar 2 was my favorite

Primal Fury for GameCube was the one that I was most invested in..
And its the one that was best for me..with the introduction of Hyper mode and new characters such as Phoenix..
And the parry system made combat have even more depth when 2 decent players were going at it..
It had the best controls..
Pulling off Yugos endless "combo" or Phoenix move that made him stay in flight (if you knew how to do it)..
Konami filing trademarks of BR in the US gives me hope, boys
12:36 damn, never thought that liking 4 was illegal, even though it was the 3rd BR game that I played (played 2 & 3 before it with 2 still being my favourite to this day)
If I get the money, imma buy the rights from Konami and reboot it for ps5, we deserve it, this game was the best fighting game of its era
I think Bloody Roar 4 gets a bit too much hate tho. Game is a fun fighting game, just not the best BR game
Bloody Roar will make a comeback sooner or later. There is too much potential to ignore. Beast-mode, characters, stage interactions and gameplay. With minor tweaks BR can easily be relevant and interesting today
