Def get involved in some form of martial art…..and muay thai is a great choice i would also practice some good stand up Judo and some good quick slamming moves…..i would also practice escaping various holds and locks to deal w/ individuals bigger than yourself who will usually try to juz muscle you down to the ground….remember also most people who fight on the street arent very well balanced keeping that in mind learn how to balance and position yourself and learn moves that are PRACTICAL
My friend, if someone is bigger he is probably stronger, meaning he has some advantage. If, added to that, this advantage is combined with irresponsibility then we have a potentially dangerous situation.
If you can be out of harms way. If you can not and are exposed to dangerous people every day then the advice we can give is more then we can write in a YouTube comment.
Better learn a martial art. I would opt for Muai Thai
What showing a real scenario , most guys I deal with are all from the hood and bang or are just fighters so they always want to test some one , being a smaller guy looking into the arts what's the best way to deal with with them in a defensive way.
