Ugh. I wish we had restaurants like this in the states… I mean, I'm sure there may be a few but more widespread. If we had one in my area, I'd probably go broke eating there daily
i'm confused… you can use the same tongs to pick up raw and cooked ?
The chicken thigh was kind of a turn off. Poultry is very important to cook thoroughly and to have reach safe temperatures. A customer could get themselves sick if they don't have a meat thermometer on hand and under-cook that thigh. (specially if they have little experience cooking) Having raw chicken near raw beef just makes me uncomfortable because you will definitely cook your beef less than your chicken so if there is cross contamination, again you can get sick.

are you allow to "trade" meats? The area where you can see the other people's grills, would it be a crime to trade meat for meat if both parties agreed to it? What happened if i stole someone meat? you'd think i can get away with it? lol
Nobody gunna call out that the same tongs that touched RAW chicken are used to pick up cooked meat?
If you're not going to cook the beef to the same doneness as the chicken I suggest you pick up the cooked meat with chopsticks because you're risking possible food poisoning due to cross contamination.
