Not good locations for your schools. They should be at least a couple of blocks away from any major boulevard or perimeter road. Best to think of your city in terms of school zones/neighborhoods and place the schools in or near the centers of their neighborhoods. High schools (at least in America where lots of high school students have drivers' licenses) generate more traffic than elementary schools. But even so, you don't want them on an already busy thoroughfare. Generally, good locations for schools are in transition zones between high density housing and low density housing so that they can serve both and have integrated student bodies. It's also a good idea to provide walking paths to your schools so kids don't have to be bused or driven, they can walk.
The beach or riverfront is not a good location for your power line. It ruins the scenic beauty of what should be a major urban leisure and tourist asset. Following the freeway would be better.
You greatly overdo the trees. It slows down the frame rate to have too many trees, and you don't need them to be so thick anyway. Especially in parks, too many trees provide cover for unsavory activities. You want enough trees to provide pleasant shade, but not so much that it creates thickets that law enforcement can't see what's going on.
Your freeway exit system is way too elaborate, even for a much bigger city. I understand what you tried to do, but simpler is better when it comes to traffic management. Let people get to where they need to go using the most direct route possible. Don't make them have to navigate through a maze of highways, interchanges, boulevards and local roads for every daily commute to work in the industrial zone.

It amazes me that Cities needed a 10 dollar expansion to add a recycling center. It's an amazing game, but it's business model… Meh, it's niche so I guess it needs it.

You need a fire station because you built TREES next to an INCINERATOR
U spent ten minutes placing cement walkways, trees, 1 road and some buildings. It should of taken u about 3 minutes to do all that. That is sad
