I downloaded this on my DS. Cute little game. Very addictive.
For whatever reason, I fell in love with this game when i was a little kid,
I bought this for gameboy when it first came out because a friend who rode my school bus was playing it. It is such a charming game and I remember feeling a sort of light hearted beauty about it but it took a little while to figure out how everything worked when I was younger. Last night I was looking through the eShop on my 2DS and saw it on the Virtual Console and made an impulse purchase. The game is as charming as ever and I really love the rainy day sound effects and the simplicity of the design which was pretty innovative for its time period. Playing this old game brings back so many memories and has me curious about looking into the modern day versions.

Well. FoMT is pretty good. And I love AWL on the Gamecube as it got me into the series. But it's hard to pick a favorite. I would have to go with AWL/ToT/AP. And I would like to try out HM:64.
They really need to port the HM:GB series on the Virutal Console for 3DS!

Now i wana play some harvest moon… too bad they had to cut characters from the game, you think by the time the gbc was out they would have known how to include characters, if not the wedding/dating portion… oh well… thanks for the upload
@OfficialGamerzCreed Yes I do buy them when I can. I bought all Wii/Gamecube/PS2/DS games available in the Netherlands. I haven't found any copies of the GBA games yet, and the GB/GBC is so old O___O

Though I must admit my favorite Harvest Moon out of the rather large series was Harvest Moon 64.
(Crazy to think I can play it on my phone nowaday ^^)
The music is already annoying the living daylight out of me and I'm just watching a review. REALLY not the games strength.
Harvest Moon GBC.. Fantastic game. It gets no love from the fanbase though. Everyone wants to play FOMT or DS, no one cares for the GB games.
I still play this from time to time, good fun.
