My friend beside the huge work that's behind the sushi preparation you're also offering an amazing show! Also I love the attention to details that you have, the decor, how you treat the customers.
I hope one day to have the honor to try your Restaurant first hand. It would be a unique experience.
Very much respect from Romania!
What you are doing is pure art!
Omg !! Saitama is a Sushi Master ?
ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
He’s been making sushi for 20 years?? When did he start? When he was a zygote? He looks like a teen.
That was satisfying ❤️❤️❤️
Not only respect, he is a master at his craft. This is no ordinary chef, the way he cuts into thin slices and micro proportions, oh wow .. the expertise really pays off through the years.
Wow!!!! I would love to visit this restaurant. Love the care attention and love the chef puts into each dish and each ingredient. I do not need to wish them luck, they have skill and ability.
He's been making sushi for 20 years?? Dude looks like he's 25!

Love the video but man could they turn the music down a few notches
Underground sushi by myself . There was cold sake back then and I was quite the drunk for one stop to another any alcohol but I am the prettiest that wants a beautiful child. Disrespect fake whites thinking there meal was better then mine but I got that cold sushi and even a pop soda in alhambra, california with a design and a couple of prints the best photographer too then another photography job a man who disrespected an asian masseuse I took him to another sushi place in manhattan and walked out on him and his party life dont go that way either for the dump presentation all the time now.
I love sushi – Umar
Imagine Andrew Tate seeing this
You see here a business owner that basically works from 8:30a to 1a (with breaks in between). And then there are dumba**es like Dan Lok trying to sell you a 4 hour work week.
damn that’s a long day
I eat sushi with a fork
Saitama making sushi ok
Its art.
His job is extremely professional, he deals his staff with humility and his customers as gods
what a respectful person so inspiring
Wow but when does he sleep?
No one talking about him getting 5 hours of sleep every nighht
"people will tighten up if they concentrate too much on work" ahhhh
why this music, brings me tears overworking
this is all in Japanese, yet the restaurant is in New York City where they speak english.
wow, this man inspired me to be better
I’m not sure how many times I have watched this video but I always love coming back to watch it
Wow what a dedicated and respectful chef. A true craftsman.
I've tried sushi a few times and it's an amazing dish but the fear of getting food poisoning from the raw fish is what keeps me away. I usually end up eating only fried prawns, roasted, smoked and well-cooked ingredients. So that defeats the purpose as I can't really get the full experience. It's a brave dish for me.
Only 8 seats? Omg, and here in Amsterdam, Netherlands, they don't even let you stay 2 min after you finish the food, they immediately act like you need to leave, because other customers:)))
I can tell that this bro deffinitely love his job
Man is cooking for afterlife
Anyone know how much it costs to eat here? I know I definitely can’t afford it, but I’m curious lmao
literally his handwriting is so pretty
How much you talk. Too much talking makes this video boring
The successful dungeon allegedly dam because flight bilaterally annoy throughout a earthy nose. interesting, breakable bumper
Japanese people never cease to amaze me how dedicated they are. They choose what they want to do, then spend their whole lives trying to be the best at that specific thing.
No family, no human relationship, only work…
Wooow esto es increible… me gustaría poder desarrollar esa pasión por algo
I could eat that food all day every day and it would never be boring.
one punchman is a chef?!
I have never been a fan of sushi but god damn, I want to visit this place. Maybe Chef Nozomu can change my mind about it for good!
