Today is August 6, 2021 and I have successfully completed my first week of doing this work out.
What I will say about this workout is when I first started doing it which was July 31 over the past four days it was very easy I was able to do them with no problem and I was feeling like OK this might be a little too easy for me I was wondering where the challenge was but once it hit like the fourth day or the fifth day of doing this work out it started to become really challenging. What I mean by that is it was starting to really burn in certain parts of my body. I started to feel the work out really doing what it was supposed to be doing in my whole core area I will say that I started sweating but I only started sweating once I hit the Russian twists. Once I started to hit the Russian twist from that point on I was sweating it was challenging I felt my body burning I thought my core was saying hey we can’t do this please stop it was really like I had to push myself and keep telling myself keep going keep working out finish strong it was hard. But I manage to obviously get to the first week of doing this exercise. I also noticed that my heart rate was increasing and pumping very fast as I continued to do this work out throughout the week I also noticed that I went down in my weight game which is wonderful. When I first measured myself I was 129.6 then two days later I was 127.4 then I had weighed myself The following day and I was 127.0 and as of today, I am 126.5. So as you can see this workout I would say has contributed to me to continue to lose weight along with the other things that I do.
For anyone that is wondering what other things that I do in my process of losing weight I have been doing a water fast for the past five months which means I only consume water on the days that I’m fasting as well as I have been doing other workouts from an app that I have as well as I also walk I try to walk at least 6 to 7 miles a day. If I can get the walks in that is if not then I do walk at home I get on YouTube and I type walking miles indoors and I will choose one of those videos inches fall along with the videos that involve you know walking while getting those miles in. But I will say that I believe that this particular workout has helped me out along the way of continuing my journey of losing weight and getting fed all around. It was a bit easy at first and I thought that this wasn’t the work out for me but as you or reading you can tell that obviously it turned around from being easy to quite the calorie burning fat burning work out after all. I do look forward to doing this work out for another week to see if that changes and it becomes easy again or if it just starts to become difficult or remains the same for me I’m also excited to see how my journey turns out by the end of the second week and hopefully I continue to notice some changes.
As far as like physical appearance, I will say that I am actually four I really say for the first time 100% I’m really seeing a difference in my body like all around not just a core but also my legs my calves my thighs just everywhere I’m actually able to notice it and see it for myself instead of other people having to tell me what they are noticing like I’m actually able to see it. That was some thing that I was really contemplating for a really long time as I’ve been working out for the past five months going on six I felt like I could see some differences but I also felt like I could not see them. So for the fact that I am actually able to notice a physical difference in my parents overall it really makes me feel very proud and happy of myself and the accomplishment that I have made so far in this journey and I feel like with each and every workout that I have been doing on my ass or walking on the track in fasting as well as doing different workouts on this YouTube channel has really proven to be working for me. I cannot say that it could work for you because each and everyone of our bodies is different but for myself I can say that it is truly working for me and I am noticing the results and I’m very happy with what I’m starting to see. But what I can say is by the end of this week I noticed that the top part of my core has become a lot more tighter than I guess you could say the bottom part which is a little I guess you could say odd for me I wasn’t expecting that kind of part but it’s still pretty slim so hopefully that changes in the second round but I will let you guys know how the second week went for me once I complete it.
