Really feels like a backhanded compliment to Kentoh. He's the best worker (at his level). He's not a genius or gifted, or a great athlete, or crazy. Meltzer is basically saying he's the best B+ player in the world.
I rarely watch njpw because of time constraints.and don't know to much about kento..but I know how awful and cringe the miz is.since day 1 iv never been a fan.average worker.lame gimmicks.and annoying on the mic.so that alone is why I would watch kento anyday of the week over miz.i hear great things and have seen kento a little bit…but I think miz is the luckiest S.O.B to have been around as long as he has and to have the success because I just don't see the appeal…seems like a decent guy away from wrestling but as a wrestler he is not for me at all

As an aspiring pro wrestler, Kento Miyahara is an inspiration to me. I’ve done mma training for a few years now, so I’d like to impliment more of that into my own personal style but I’d love to emulate his style and hope to be even half the worker that he is.
what happned to types of wrestling? the charisma? feel like all that matters is who does more flips after flips. i love the japanese scene, NJPW,Dragon Gate and AAJPW but the reason why wwe isn't filled with high fliers it's because they don't want, for the content they want they care more about individuality and promo cutting . In the porureso they focus 90% in the ringue ( and i like) but sometimes i see the wrestlers and they lack iconic atributs besides the matches . There's no Austin 3:16 in japan or CM Punk pipebomb because there are no big storylines. Again it's all about personal taste WWE as A SHIT TON OF FLAWS but guys like these annoy me so much.
Personally I enjoy Miyahara's matches more than Flair's. I always found Flair boring and average in the ring. Yeah he had all kinds of charisma but he was basically good on the mic and that was it. Miyahara's tag match with Marufuji was great and I am looking forward to more matches between them. They have great chemistry as rivals. I also cant wait to see him go against Sanada in their tag match coming up. Sanada was someone I had always hoped to see him wrestle.
I like Kento. He seems like a carbon copy of Tanahashi, but he’s amazing haha
I implore all of you that hasn't seen Miyahara to watch him in action.
He's not flash in the pan so it may take some time and several matches to understand why he's so good but trust me, he's truly one of the best in the world.
Even if you can't understand a lick of Japanese you will appreciate how good of a promo he is if you stick around to listen. He's the perfect definition of what it means to connect with a crowd. I think he's better than even Tanahashi in this category.

People nowadays only think Miz is good because we havent had a great heel since Edge and Punk. Back in those days Miz wasnt even on the radar.

He is great. But the only guy you can compare to Ric Flair right now is Okada.
Glad to hear Kento Miyahara finally getting the love he deserves. He's been my favorite wrestler for the past 18 months at least, and he's been carrying his company on his back for a while. If you aren't watching him, you should start. His facial expressions, selling, timing, and charisma are off the charts good.
