How do we know when we have to divide by sides or multiply by sides ??
take my heart
What a useful video.
there is no such thing as a free lunch?! says whom? my mom packs it for me everyday man
Still on second question part (e)
When I used V1=V2 I got 8m
What I round off the gravitational acceleration to 10?
thank you really i am watching from egypt and you help me alot in my senior year
ما شاء الله حرفيا أنا فهمت الدرس قبل ذهابي إلي الازهر غدا
Can you please do distance in hydraulic pressure please
How i wish i have your brain on my exam. Im struggling on this but luckily you help me again. I'd been watching your videos since I'm in first year college and now here I am 2nd year still surviving. Thank you so much❣️
19:40 is the ah ha moment for relationships between the variables. As Area ↑, Force ↑, and distance ↓
There is an error at 19:37, yes the mechanical advantage is the ratio of the areas, however it isn't the ratio of the diameters because the radius is squared in the area. The mechanical advantage is the ratio of the diameters squared.
If force is multiplied by X (16) then distance is divided by X (16). Law of conservation.
hydraulic bitch?
Does anyone have the force vs displacement graph of a simple manual hydraulic jack ? I mean how the force changes when we use and press on the lever of a hydraulic jack ! I want to know the complete scenario : before pressing the lever , while pressing the lever and raising the object , after raising the object! I want to know how the force and pressure of fluid changes during the whole process!
Thank you sooo much
Thank you. I am writting down every single exercise from your fluid mechanics videos. I'm done with 2 videos, two more to go. You have no idea how much you are helping me to finish well my physics class. You are awesome!
Concise and accurate, as always! 🙂
For those that want an additional exercise, with some intuitive explanation, I've uploaded a video where I solve such an exercise step-by-step. It might help some of you 🙂

Dude you have no idea how many times you saved me from failing math tests
I have to basic hydrolic questions. 1. Do hydrolic units have to be sealed. And two can a larger taller water tank force a smaller water hose above the the height of the large tank?
What if the question is this:
The Ratio between master piston (F1) to slave piston (F2) is 1:30 and the mass of the car
is 2.6 x 103 kg.
A. What is the Mechanical Advantage of the hydraulic lift?
B. What is the force that the slave piston must exert to lift the car?
C. What is the force exerted to the master piston?
D. How far should the slave piston be lifted if the master piston is descended to 30m.
3 years ago still feels like yesterday…thank you for all the videos. May God Richly bless you.
Super
you are the best tutor ever
