Compensation, Incentives and Benefits
Shift Schedules
Afternoon:
full time 1-9pm; part time 1-5pm or 5-9pm [130/hr]
Graveyard:
full time 9pm-5am part time 9pm-1am or 1-5am [150/hr]
Cut-Off
15th payday: 21st of the previous month until 5th of the month
30th/31st payday: 6th until 20th of the month
Incentives (given after regularization)
Successful trial class: 50php
● when student enrolled
Re-enrollment 500 php fulltime 250 part time
● computation is 65% of total number of students
● requirements:
○ No complaints
○ No student transfer
○ No bad feedback from the student and/or the management
Perfect Attendance Incentive: 1000php fulltime 500 php part time
● Requirements:
○ Valid/considered leaves
○ No technical Issues (consideration may be granted depending on the management decision)
Benefits (given after regularization)
Philhealth Contribution: 200php
SSS Contribution: 200 php
Pag-ibig Contribution: 100php
● Both fulltime and part time will take the same amount
● Requirements:
○ Must work a total 40 hours in a month with or without students
Salary Increase (given after regularization)
Increase is given every 6 months upon regularization
○ Computation based on class performance, attendance and violations committed
○ 5-10% of the teacher’s rate
Salary Bond Deduction
Damage cost fee or Insurance fee for teachers who will resign without follow the procedures
○ Implemented during the probationary period
○ A total of 1500 will be deducted after the end of probationary period (ideally, it’s 500/mo but depending on the salary of the probationary teacher)
NOTE:
All incentives and deductions are given/applied on the second cut off (6th-20th of the month)
