Mine is 20yrs old. Still looks and tastes great ❤
I really need to know the source of the music in this video… reminds me of a movie or somehing else… please help!!!
Its too expensive
What I liked about this model is that it doesn’t have an onboard clock MyBest.Kitchen I live in my RV where the 120v goes off and on often as I move around, so it was impossible to set the clock. Therefore it came on or went off at odd times. This one doesn’t have the temperature setting either, so it’s a little hotter than I was used to. I drink 5-6 cups of coffee a day, caf and decaf, different flavors. A reliable K-cup machine is perfect for me and my lifestyle.
Nicely done video. I have owned a Europiccola and it was quite a nice espresso machine. Very similar to my very first espresso machine, an Olympia Cremina. I bought the Cremina new in the mid 1980's for about 360 USD. The current price is outrageously high at about 3,700USD. Pavoni has maintained a realistic price value for their machines while Olympia has chosen the "cultist" pricing. Having owned and used both machines extensively in my opinion go with Pavoni and get a good grinder and you will be way ahead of the curve and making the same quality coffee. PS; I used to hold one hand on the Cremina fill cap also while pulling a shot. Just helps balance.
First impression – bloody ugly buttons.
So – not Porsche, not Pininfarina – just China…
Quiero una
Wow!
Gracias Salud
create your own pressure profile-Most i hate sentence.
Bellissima macchina e funziona alla perfezione. Ma come mai al minuto 2,25 si descrive la preparazione con una parola in italiano (preparare an espresso) ? saluti a tutti dall'Italia .
If you close your eyes and listen to the music it really seems like a presentation from the discovery of cancer cure
Artigianato italiano professionale……che spettacolo!
Lá crema coffee
Everything looks good, but these nasty switch red/greed buttons…ruines all.
Hello.
How much this product please?
One precision : the green light is not a temperature indicator, but a pressure indicator. It's turn off at 0.8 bar. And when it's turn off a first time after the machine is on, you need to open the steam valve to release the hot air. There is a second cycle which will replace the air with steam. First run about 5 mins and second run 2 mins. After that you should process a short flush to heat the group and your "Ristretto Queen" is fully ready.
900 euro for this !!!
Great little machine, takes a bit of time to master but the results are excellent, only minor point I would make is to partially lift the handle before placing the coffee in the machine to reduce the risk of channeling. Also for me I prefer to preheat the whole basket assembly and use a naked holder to judge the extraction.

How much ?
Had one for a little over 30 years…..wonderful machine. Then , one day , saw a Professional model, second hand, for 200 euros. It was hardly used. Bought it right away. All it needed was changing all the rubber joints. I still have the old europiccola. I calculated that I made over 35 000 cups of coffee with my europiccola.
is this a feature on new machines or did you f*** the puck up when you lifted the lever… takes much more force and should be done slowly on my old machine at least to prevent it from sucking the coffee up from the puck (or so I've learned)
That was exhausting!
What a beauty!
This looks like an art piece
We inherited an older model of this wonderful machine. We have no instructions on the proper operation. This video covers most of our questions. The red power switch is understandable. What is the proper use of the green switch?
after watching this, I want one asap
Why do users always seem to push/hold on on to the boiler cap when pulling a shot? Is this a recommended ergonomic movement? Is the central stem of the machine not strong or balanced enough to support the downward pressure without pushing down on the cap?
