Basicly Ok but there are varibles ie Type of coffee, "your" heat source, temp of water to start and if you want to use all the brew or leave the last. I experimented till I could produce just what I liked Mmm. All good fun. Nice Vid. Cheers from Australia……………off to the kitchen.
Don’t press the coffee at all
Hi, I have a new moka express today. I have noticed it to be very silent when the coffee is coming out of the tube and I don't hear a hissing sound for it to get out of the stove. Is this normal for a Bialetti moka express? Is there something wrong with it? Thanks.
What music is this playing?
Hi Guys I've just ordered 6 cup model can someone please let me know how many grams per cup? Thanks ☺️
I love mokapot
boiling water / freshly grind coffee (not dark roast or italian roast) and it’s great!
* too hot
Wrong. You just made burnt, bitter coffee.
Instead…
Start with boiling water.
Don't overfill, and press the grounds down, as you did.
I'm looking for advice on which size to buy – the 1, 3, or 6-cup pot. I drink coffee daily, but often share a pot with a friend or friends. If I purchased a 3 or 6-cup pot, can I easily make one cup just by scaling down the amount of grounds and water? Thanks in advance to all helpful tips!
Ik neem er meestal nog melk en suiker bij
Thanks a lot this tutorial rules
So you’re basically doing the opposite of what some other experts on YouTube say?
How long it goes?
that was an amazing camera you recorded way back in 2012.. this is true 1080 and amazing clarity. looks on par with todays cameras. which one was it?
Hi gadjector, hope you are well… I know this is an old video but any tips on the coffee to water ratio and also how to clean this moka?
I like the music
Thank you for the excellent video tutorial. Can you tell me the maker of the coffee cup and saucer you use at the end of the video and where you ordered it from. thank you again.
1, Hot water is best to add.
2, never pack, even lightly.
3, take off the flame much sooner than you did.
4, grind your beans
Your way is not The european way.
2cup?
they didn’t even tell you how high to put the water, also used the handle to tighten. As far as a “how to” this was a very weak video. Lastly, should be hot water not cold.
Thank You for the instructions!
i dont have the time to read all the comments, but is it safe to put the bialetti under running cold water after you have pour the coffee in the cup
I bought that exact model today at the 2-nd hand store for under 7 dollar
Using freshly roasted beans, how fine do you grind them? Espresso fine, French press fine, drip fine, grains of table salt fine, etc. Thanks.
My… music got all my attention! Have to watch it again.
Good Lord, looks like motor oil lolol
Hi just got one and am excited to use it, thanks for the tutorial, have one question, do I have to fill the funnel filter full with ground coffee always or Cani fill it half if I want to make one spot only?
No cold water! You need to fill it with hot water, because the coffee will burn otherwise
That moka is too f…. clean!
When should I put some whisky in my coffee, in the top of the Bialetti Moka Express before poring, in the cup or make it with pure whisky and heat that the whisky direct?
Every video I've watched makes it differently. Stuff you all I'll make it however the hell I want
That was close to the same amount of grounds I’d use for 5-6 cups of coffee for only one cup! Does this make for stronger coffee as far as caffeine content? Obviously it would taste stronger..
Is there a way of knowing when it's ready while heating with the lid closed or just lift the lid every now and then to check and see when it stops pouring through to the top?
That seems like a lot of work for a cup of coffee…
Excellent video!! Thank you for the upload!!
Ciao, vorrei contattarti, puoi inviarmi un messaggio privato o fornire alcune informazioni di contatto?
is this unbearable music really necessary ???
Quite possibly the most helpful video on Youtube.
Common mistake in using these is underfilling the cup thinking you can make uh ourself weaker coffee or save up… Those coffee makers are perfected down to gram of coffee and milliter of water, you don't press it and fill it up till there's a tiny heap and cup is full of coffee, only way to get good coffee our of it.
Ya pas de mousse?
Here's the big question though – when you have the lid down, how do you know it's time to switch the heat off? I listen, and as soon as I hear a breathy noise from it, I assume that's all the liquid I'm going to get, everything from here is just steam. #amidoingitright?
Thank you. Apparently, someone finds the making of a cup of coffee very seductive. Check out the music. I just purchased one today, having been intimidated for years, but hate having large appliances in my kitchen. Man I can even travel with this as long as a hot plate's available.
