I've always liked this Super Mario Bros. the best. Years ago when this was made into Super Mario Advance 4 I was quite pleased. That being typed, Nintendo really pissed me off by not releasing ALL of the downloadable content for it at the time. Thus w/out a proper computer hook up I'll likely never get the chance to play all of the e-reader levels. It's also irritating that the United States will probably never get to use certain e-switches which as I understand it were released only in Japan. I absolutely love the e-switches we did get. My favorite has gotta be gaining Super Mario World's Caped Mario from the scannable Feather card. Excepting a weaker spin jump as SMB3 doesn't have the ability to produce it, and you can't spin break any blocks (can still smash them from underneath as with Super Mario), Caped Mario works the same as in Super Mario World. I'd like to ask if any of the older gamers on youtube recall a trick from the original NES SMB3 where for a single stage you can have a Tanooki Mario with P-wing flight (unlimited flight until hit by an enemy). Sound familiar anyone? I am quite certain, not ABSOLUTELY certain, that this trick only exists on the NES. On map screen you have to have in inventory both a Tanooki suit and a P-wing. First, choose to power up with P-wing , then with Tanooki in succession, one then the other. Enjoy and happy gaming! Almost like Jugem's cloud only not ENTIRELY skipping the level of your choice.
I have definitely learned a few things- most I knew. My great grandparents used to play this game with us kids when we'd go over to visit them (they babysat us) somehow I remember how to play just like I did 20 years ago lol happy to learn a few new things.. if I ever get enough time I'd love to beat the game

Why do I find your voice so soothing?
When you make the White Mushroom House appear in certain levels by collecting all the coins in those certain levels In the odd number worlds you get a P-wing but in the even numbered worlds you get an Anchor which when selected at any time on the map screens it stops the Airship from fleeing that area

Here is a tip I never see. Frog suit Mario does not slide on ice.
Idk why this happens but when I open my items the only thing that pops up is p wings, Nothong but P wings. Endless p wings and I feel like I’m in paradise (I am in paradise) so when I die I can get endless p wings, Too bad I can’t warp but, this is a fun mission, It’s weird. Maybe when you get the blue flower you get it. Because on my 2nd try I got the blue flower right and then I noticed I had p wings. Hm…
am i trippin or is there a warp whistle in level 1 too? i haven't played this game in a while

tbh i felt bad for killing larry koopa in world one airship. just a kid who has a nice life ahead of him and mario just murders the innocent kid. i havent played this because of having to kill him but in other games, i can find the warp. but in this, i have to kill the innocent cute koopaling. thank you, for telling me how to skip killing the innocent cute koopa + the rest of the koopalings. i avoid feeling immorality and guilt while playing thanks to you.

Great for beginners I think… although I'd go for a route a little faster:
Instead of finishing world 1, get the P-Wing from 1-4, because that isn't too difficult to get. Then warp to world 2 and get the third whistle at the end. This skips 1-5, 1-6 and the hammer brother, while I think the airship takes roughly as much time as 1-4 with the scrolling.

I love the fact that you are religious, have a wife, and have 3 children. I have been playing this game on my phone recently and thought about uploading some videos of game play but i'm not really good at this game due to the control set-up on my phone . Thanks for sharing and God bless.
