Hi I am confused about one thing. One source says
" There is no such thing as a “participle adjective”. Participles are verbs, not adjectives. However, some adjectives look like participles."
Is it false? There is such thing as a participle adjective. Could you explain me that confusion?

Why we don't use past participle instead of present participle in the above sentence as they can both be used as Adjective
