I will ignore the extremely positive and extremely negative reviews. Once those are removed, I'm left with Tammy from Hoboken and her opinion on Mexican food. Why should I care about HER review? I trusted it, and discovered that Tammy from Hoboken cannot be trusted when it comes to what constitutes good Mexican food. Her taste sucks.
I'll also avoid companies that DO NOT allow negative reviews at any time, ever. The best example of this is MESA guitar amplifiers. Anderton's did a review of their Cab Clone, which showed how much that product sucks. Well, they were forced by the company to do a SECOND review with a rep present. He refuted every point they made, even at one point suggesting that the guitar used in their original demo was "too good" in quality.
Their fun review style was replaced by doom and dread. It came off like an ISIS torture video.
I noticed on some items on amazon all positive reviews were unverified…

People also leave Amazon reviews right after they have purchased the product and haven't had a chance to really use it. At least with Hotels, restaurants, etc, you have had the chance to experience the full experience you will have at that place.
A big factor for consumers to realize is the sites offering reviews differ in their policies regarding how negative and positive reviews are posted. If you are looking for honest reviews of automobile dealers always utilize Google reviews. Why? Because some sites like DealerRater actually allow a dealership to edit out their bad reviews with a single click while others like cars. com will allow reviews from the dealerships ip address. Yelp will filter a review using some algorithm which takes out a lot good reviews for no reason. The only reviews Google allows are ones generated outside of the dealership and it is extremely difficult to remove a negative review.

Another thing, I never use my real name on review sites.
I go to reviews, sort them from worst to best, and look for a common theme in the one-star reviews. If 20 people are rating something one-star and having the same issue then I take that into consideration when deciding to buy. I also look at the total number of reviews. If only 3 people have reviewed something and everyone is giving it five-stars or one-stars, I won't consider that product/service at all.
I do not believe it is legal to report the $3500 "debt" to credit agencies. Credit agencies only record judgments gotten from public records. That means you have to sue and win the case before a judge before it can show up on a credit report. So I don't know how it is possible for a company to willy-nilly put a $3500 charge on a person's credit report.

I recently left battery views at my gym is, there are multiple locations with in Oklahoma. 10 Jim, this is the name of my previous gym membership, cancel me due to “profanity “which I supposedly use at the gym. Due to my bed reviews, the Jim cancel my membership. They, of course denied the true reasoning why they canceled my membership, and blame it on the “profanity”. I would like to Proceed legally, but it was in the contractual agreement.
Then you also have people who give a bad review on a great product cause the shipping was delayed. I always filter it to the worst rattings on a product and read why people didn't like it. If it's for a reason that wouldn't effect me, then I disregard it.
I will dislike all your vids from now on.
I learned to look to the bad review texts. And then decide if their problems bother me. I ignore the good ones.
